Web Link      Blue Ridge Region SCCA The Blue Ridge Region (Number 103), is in the SOUTHEAST DIVISION (SeDiv), located in the central to southwest portion of Virginia with our boundaries extending into southeast West Virginia.      DC Region SCCA      Old Dominion Region of the SCCA Our Region includes all of the cities in the Hampton Roads area as well as several surounding cities. We primarily host two types of events: Solo and Road Rally.      Tidewater Sports Car Club Founded in Norfolk Virginia in 1953, Tidewater Sports Car Club (TSCC) has a strong foundation within the local Hampton Roads autocross community and surrounding areas.
