I received an email yesterday stating myself and Dana Cole were the OD's this weekend.  I was fairly sure our event was at the end of October.  I'm not even sure if Dana is in town.  He hasn't called and usually fronts our team effort.  Has anyone talked to him?  It's all new news to me.:ouch:

Rod,
I appreciate the offer and your willingness to help.  If I don't hear from Dana, I will need some help.  If Dana is around I'll be good.  I'm going to dig in my brain and come up with an idea for the course.  If you can send me an email.  I'll let you know what I'm thinking of by sketch or something tomorrow.

cool  Okay, I got hold to Dana.  They just returned from New Mexico this afternoon.  Sorry for the panic on my part, but I didn't realize he would be back in time.  I do have a request.  I'll need someone with a truck to be there in the morning with us to drop out cones and equipment.  Dana and I plan to be there at 8am.  Thanks.

Could you tell me what the schedule for tomorrow is? It's been a while since we ran with you guys. I think I remember first car off at 12:00, but I don't remember registration, walking and driver's meeting times.

I understand that there is a mud bog going on tomorrow @VMP. We may need to close the gate, or post someone at the end of the lot to keep people off of the course.
