The last time there were back to back events, (as I recall) registration opened at the end of the first event.

Once, a friendly site-admin actually opened the next event during the first event.

Can someone please refresh my memory about VMSC's policy for non pre-registered non-member drivers?

Here's the deal... I'm in the process of putting some new goodies on the car and I would LOVE to come down to VMP on Sunday and break 'em in before VIR next weekend.  However, I won't know for sure that the car is ready until she comes off the lift Saturday afternoon.  Therefore I am reluctant to pre-register and take a spot that could be filled by someone who definitely knows they can attend.

So... assuming that we have no problems getting the car back together on Saturday, what are the chances of getting a spot if I just show up on Sunday morning?

Please don't make me turn the cloverleaf at I-64 and Gaskins into my test track.  Cheesy

Thanks in advance,

Jon

No, no:  you need to use the East-bound Tuckahoe Creek Parkway exit from 288.

I wouldn't think it'd be a problem to show up & drive on Sunday.

Jon .. with Currently only 44 out of a possible 120 entries.. I dont think you need to worry about all the spots filling up.  So i would say there is a VERY VERY VERY . nearly impossible way that we would turn you down if you show up.  But then again I've been wrong before, It had something to do with Girls and Cooties back in the 6th grade... Can't really recall what it was.

I noticed in the entry list that my name is missing, but all the other permanent registrants are there.  Was there a problem with my registration?  I know there was some confusion over who had my cheque.
