I am looking for volunteers to be event OD's for the autocrosses this year. The following event dates are open as of now:
4/15/07 - RRC
5/27/07 - RRC
6/17/07 - RRC
7/08/07 - RRC
8/12/07 - RRC

All OD's are responsible for:
1. Organize, design and set-up the autox course of the day with approval from Comp/Safety committee
2. Arrange to have the trailer delivered to the site and taken back after the event is complete
3. Enlist co-od’s and other help as needed
4. Set-up workers stations
5. Organize and hold a drivers meeting and safety lecture
6. Novice walk through
7. Preside over the event during the day to ensure safety and comp rules are followed
8. Clean up the site ensuring all items are neatly put back in the trailer and trash is collected
9. Review and submit the results to the webmaster of the event within 72 hours of it’s completion
10. Write and submit one article to the checkpoints editor about the event
11. Plus any items that may need to be taken care of during the day
