What and where is RIR?  Is it Richmond International Raceway?  I take it the autox is held in the parking lot?  Also, looking at the past posts, there hasn't been a rally since 2009.  Are there any plans for more?

There are no plans for any future road rallies.  I suppose that could change if anyone felt like putting forth the massive time commitment to plan and organize one.

RIR is Richmond raceway complex RRC now. We used to call it Richmond International Raceway. Or strawberry hill it’s where the fair used to be held in Richmond before it moved to Meadow events park.
