ok so it looks like we have a lot of interest and it looks like we have some nice folks willing to donate time and equipment. I'd like to do this! if everyone is good with this and the OD, board members are good we should do this at the May practice, I'd volunteer to be OD for may but I'm OD for the April race.

How tall are the scale pads? I think I could brake the aluminum channels out of a 4'x8' sheet of 1/8" aluminum at my work.

The scale pads are ~2 5/8" tall with a 15"x15" footprint.

So, my plan is still to bring the scales out on Saturday, unless it's raining.  If it rains, I'll bring them Sunday if it is dry out then.

Thanks for bringing out your scales Justin

1990 240sx coupe OEM curb weight on Edmonds is 2684, weighing currently at 2403 and dropping.
I'm curious to see how far I can get the curb weight down now.

I'll try to find some time - the scales don't fit in my Miata, so it needs to be some time I'm driving someone else's car or towing my junk there.  I'd really like to have my Dad's Cobra running for the practice day in July, which might work out well for me to bring the scales.
