Dragon's Ridge will be here one fine day.  If you can't drive a race car then try helping others drive.  Here's a school that'll get you set up.

The NC Region would like to extend an invitation to all workers, of any specialty, to our 2006 version of Crash & Burn school, flagging, and fun. This will take place on Saturday, February 11th. Meet at 9 AM at the Patriot Building at VIR. We will utilize the Patriot both downstairs and upstairs for our classroom training, taking full advantage of the cooler morning indoors. Following lunch, we will then join Cowboy and his group up at the South Paddock area and warm ourselves up by putting out some fires. We should target our day to end around 3 p.m.
If you want to pack a lunch, please feel free to do so. If you care to participate in the track Pagoda food line, that will also be available as there will be track activity the day we are there. Please extend this invitation to any interested members in your region to join the NCR on Saturday, Feb 11th, for some basic flagging, hand signal, incident and fire training.
Any questions may be directed to NCR's Flag Chief, Chuck Stanley. His email address is SCCAfoolishrat@earthlink.net and his home phone is (919) 552-0228.
Hope to see you there!
