You coming Saturday too?  Or just for the autocross?

Saturday is lots of Porsches on the lawn, bbq and hanging out, followed by a fun run then a tech session at Euroclassics.  There's a dinner later; the guy with the awesome collection of Porsches in NC will be speaking, and is bringing a couple of his cars.

Even Engelbert has been known to show up.... though we never know what he will show up in.  Grin

I will be there on Saturday with the SC, and on Sunday with the green 911. You would not see it in the grass anyway.

I had a good run with the PCA up in Verona.

http://shn.pca.org/archive/AX14results/AX140510time.htm

But I did terrible at last VMSC AX, still need to sort out the car, it's now way to high with the new wheels.

You even beat Jeffrey Elmore!  That's impressive.

Good thing for you, we have a practice autocross coming up in a couple of weeks....

Nice work!  Is Jeffery the tidewater sports car club guy with the silver boxster?  That guy is incredable.

This must have bin because my car has the set up for a rally cross car with the bumpy track up there. However, for a real AX it just doesn't work.

I will have to make some extreme modifications to the car to fit the wheels, and get the suspension back where I had it before to going to the taller wheels.

And YES, I need the practice session very much.

Cheers

Both those drivers are good drivers!
So if you beat either one of them your doing good.

Steve runs street tires and they call him the street tire god! in the tidewater area.

Jeffrey's Boxster is easy to spot:  Carbon fiber hood and big "RENN ZENN" decals on the doors.

Here are some pictures from the RPM car show on Saturday

https://www.flickr.com/photos/92517169@N07/sets/72157644555247367/

Here are a few pictures from the AX at SS Speedway

https://www.flickr.com/photos/92517169@N07/sets/72157644606884187/

The results are still under investigations, since there were some Bimmer drivers with some strange stripes over the hood and they did ware Porsche t-shirts, and there were also a blue very noisy boxster with some numbers on the doors, and these may need to be disqualified.

Glad to see Bobby still has a 914, and isn't afraid to use it!   lol

But I think we will have to revoke Mr Burgh's "novice" label now.   Wink

Great driving all!!
