Your car is sweet! Wanna trade for a run or two?

Maybe next practice day, those who are willing should draw straws and trade around for a couple of runs.

Thanks, Beth.  We should be done early on Saturday since it's a practice.  Hopefully the course can be "re-sued' with modifications for the event.

If you get the chance, can you update the calendar with the Club meeting locations for May and June???

Thanks!!

I will do May with you, Ricardo.

Just don't ask me to work in the trailer during the race.... that was a disaster yesterday,
sorry to all in 2nd heat who suffered on my account.  Tongue

Requesting volunteers to Co-OD the May event with Ricardo!!!!
We need someone to balance and ensure it's a Corvette friendly course too Smiley If you're new to OD'ing, this is a great opportunity to learn from others!!!  See below for OD, Co-OD and Timing/Scoring leads for the year.

NOTE:  July's Autocross event is on a SATURDAY with a practice following on SUNDAY

March 24 (Autocross) @ RIR: OD's - Gunny, James, Chris C.; OPEN (x1); Timing/Scoring - Ricardo
April 13 (Practice) and 14 (Autocross) @ Meadow Event Park: OD's - Jeff (Event); Chris C. (Practice); Gunny (Practice); Beth (Practice); Paul (Event) CO-OD - OPEN (x2); Timing/Scoring - OPEN
May 11 (School) and 12 (Autocross) @ RIR:  OD's - Ricardo,  OPEN (x2); Timing/Scoring - Bud
June 9 (Autocross) @ RIR: OD's - Engelbert, OPEN (x3); Timing/Scoring - OPEN
July 13 (Autocross) and 14 (Practice) @ RIR:  OD's - Ricardo, OPEN (x3); Timing/Scoring - OPEN
August 11 (Autocross) @ VMP: OD's - Gunny, Engelbert, David OPEN (x2); Timing/Scoring - OPEN
September 21 (Practice) and 22 (Autocross) @ RIR:  OD's - Bud, OPEN (x3); Timing/Scoring - OPEN
October 13 (Autocross; BRR Challenge) @ VMP:  OD's - BRR; Jeff, OPEN (x2); Timing/Scoring - OPEN
November 17 (Autocross) @ RIR:  OD's - OPEN; Timing/Scoring - OPEN

I can CO-OD for the AX May 12 with Ricardo. As long we make it a Porsche Strecke and not Crevette

Setup after the school.

Cheers

Thanks, Engelbert and Beth!  We've got May covered across the board now.

Anyone interested in co-od'ing with Engelbert for June?  We also need a volunteer for Timing & Scoring lead (must have experience or volunteer to help an experienced T&S person) and Event Tech.

I got the trailer at my place. I would bring it to RIR that Saturday afternoon for setup.

Dave and Beth - Got you on the list for June.

We could still use a third co-OD and a second experienced person to help with Tech Inspections.  Please let me know if you would like to volunteer.

We're preparing for September's practice and event.  We need OD's to run the day (course design, ensure we're ready to race, etc.) for both September 21 (practice) and September 22 (Event).  Bud has volunteered to be OD for the 22nd.

Please let me know if anyone would like to volunteer for OD and Co-OD positions, timing & scoring and tech inspection leads for the weekend.

Thank you!!

Bud has volunteered to be OD for the 22nd.

I will jump in for Bud, since he had something coming up that weekend. I will show up at the end of Practice, which would be around 3:00PM, to set up the course for Sunday,

Cheers

I don't plan to any practice any more for the rest of this season. I try to save what's left on my tires for the last few AX events. Looks like I have 5 events left on my tires. Doing Practice could be between 3 to 4 events.

Sorry, I will do the Sunday OD. I'm sure there will be somebody to set up for Practice on Saturday morning.

So do you still need/want a co-od for either day? If so let me know. I am signed up for both days.

I will do the Sunday AX with John.

It would be great if you could OD the Saturday Practice.
