I don't see the Ghia listed in Prepared, although it should fall under one of the "Volkswagen NOC" listings.  The problem is that your 1915cc engine doesn't fit in any Prepared class except X/P.  Other options are D or E Mod.  It might fit somewhere in SM.

We only just got the 1.9L running (and by "we" I mean the guys at Bug Haus); all we need is some better intakes and we'll be ready to go.

It might go in the '71 though...
