Thanks for getting them posted so quickly. Here is some help with the classing errors by car number and correct class:
85 CM 189 AM 90 NGS 12 ? (not SS) 43 ? (not SS) 17 SM 16 NDS 117 ? (not SS) 40 ? (not SS) 41 NSM 48 NESP 34 NST 55 NGS 49 ? (not SS) 199 FS
Finally, my time was too slow!
Hope this helps.

Did you upload the right file? This still has most of the classing errors I noted still in it.

Sorry about the big delay, I'm going to deliver the computer to Justin on Saturday. Hopefully he can fix everything. I'll stick to setting up the timers and cones. I've never been a numbers person!
Again I apologize.

We will get you an answer on that. We are still talking about the format for a rookie champion.
We'll keep everyone posted.

Here are the rookie rules as I have them. Charlie can verify whether I have it right. I can't find my copy of the current Competition Rules/
The VMSC Board shall award a Rookie-of-the-Year Trophy to be given annually by a majority vote of the Board to a VMSC member. Nominations for the ROY Trophy shall be received by the Board at the November membership meeting. The Board shall vote to determine the recipient of the ROY Trophy at the December Board meeting. The winner of the ROY Trophy will be recognized at the annual awards banquet.
The ROY Trophy would be based on the following criteria, weighted at the discretion of the Board:
Participation in and support of VMSC events and meetings, Performance in VMSC autocrosses and rallies, and Recruitment of new VMSC members.
These criteria can be modified by a majority vote of the Board.
To be eligible for the ROY Trophy, a person must: (i) have been a member of VMSC for at least 5 months at the time the member is nominated, (ii) not have competed in more than 6 VMSC autocrosses or rallies in the prior 3 calendar years, and (iii) not have competed in more than 10 autocrosses or rallies sponsored by any organization in the prior 3 calendar years.
