TSCC is hosting a poker run this weekend in Suffolk, VA.  All proceeds will benefit Wounded Wear.  It should be a lot of fun, if you're available please consider coming out.

All the info is posted here: http://www.autocross.us/forums/index.php?showtopic=5374&pid=54939&st=0&#entry54939

Thanks for a great event! I'm glad I made it out to one VMSC event this year.  It's been hard because VMSC's schedule was the same as TSCC and since I paid for a TSCC membership which includes entry fees for the whole year... you get where I'm going with this! I sure do miss the wide open courses and many of the familiar faces that I got to see last year.

I managed to get a few photos during the second run,  I know I didn't get everybody though.  I realized after looking at these that I have a serious bias for yellow cars and Miatas.  I wonder why???

There are some from the third run that my husband took, most are of my car and he did get some of Mr. Ogburn.  Sorry if we didn't get your car, but I saw Mr. Ogburn's pictures and I think he did a great job, especially of getting a picture of everyone.  Anyway, here's the link:

8  General / Classifieds / 2003 Miata for sale $6,000 on: October 08, 2010, 06:29:35 PM
Selling my 2003 Mazda Miata, 1.8L 5 speed.  45k miles. $6,000 or best reasonable offer. Black with black top, gray/black interior.

To be upfront, this car has a rebuilt title, but the car has been repaired, rides and drives straight. This was from an accident that happened two owners ago.  I’ve been driving it every day since I’ve owned it and haven’t had any issues at all.  Starts every time and runs smoothly. Everything in the car works flawlessly from the power windows to the A/C. The only reason for the low price is due to the rebuilt title and need to sell ASAP.

I've autocrossed it and it has done very well, the last time being at RIR on Sept. 19th.

The interior is in great shape, exterior is in decent shape, it has a few scratches and pits and rock chips but overall it looks really good.  It has a small spot on the passenger side that needs to be painted.  The spot has been primered just needs sanding and paint.  Shouldn't be too hard or expensive to get done.

It will need a new top.  I've bought a new toy and don't really want to invest more money in something that I am going to sell.  A new top will run about $600.

Installed a typhoon K&N chrome air intake. Will include a set of TEIN lowering springs with the sale of the car (if desired).

I live in the tidewater area of VA but would be happy to meet a serious buyer close to the RIC area.  Currently have a loan on the car with my bank so I don't have title in hand but it would be a simple transaction at my bank (Navy Federal).  They have a branch in Richmond and I'd be willing to come up there to make the transaction (it would have to be on a Saturday morning).

Would make an ideal autocross car or even daily driver.  If you want an NB body style Miata without spending $12k, here’s your chance.

Interested? send me a message and I can forward pics.  I'm not sure how to post them up on here.

Thanks!

Thanks for letting us come out this past weekend, it was a great course! This was personally my first time running with VMSC and I will be back!

I noticed several people taking photos at the event and was wondering if anyone knew where I could find those additional photos (other than the ones in the link above).  I'm actually considered the group photographer for our club 'Grip Syndicate' so I never get any driving photos of me and would love some!

Thanks again!
