Looks like e street results are a little close between Jeff and John. In the breakdown of runs it looks like the final column shows John ran a 38.403 to Jeff's 38.404 but in overall it shows them with the same times 38.404.  To close to call but this is where tens of thousandths count.

Really enjoined the weekend... helping two novice drivers improve a bit at the school Saturday was genuinely rewarding and then running a big, fast course at RIR Sunday was a blast!

I did find one error in the results... car #311, the 2015 GT4 should be in SS (not AS).

Wow...tied to the thousandth!!  One list shows my time as 38.403?  What determines the tie breaker?

Great day, fun course, really good people.  Thanks to everybody for a successful weekend.

Final results all the way down at the bottom by class, shows all runs if you look to the right under the "total" column your run actually shows 38.403 instead of .404 this may be a typo or a result of the computer rounding you to the nearest number. If you both did run a 38.404 I assume its possible that participants are sorted by last name and Jeff was inserted into the 2nd position.

Are there a provisions in club or SCCA rules for separating a tie?  There has to be something more than alphabetical order, really.  Perhaps consider the second fastest time as the deciding factor.  It's totally unbiased and should work every time (like this happens every weekend).  Honestly, who'd a thought...to the thousandth!!!  Me 'n Jeff were both giving it all we had.  Do we call it a day and both get 2nd place bragging rights?

this is from the 2017 SCCA rule book

7.5 ties
Ties for trophy or point scoring positions shall be broken by comparing the
next  fastest  runs  from  each  course.  The  times  will  be  combined  and  then
compared to break a tie. If the tie persists, it shall be broken by a runoff, provided
both contestants agree. If agreement is not reached, the tie shall stand.
The additional run shall be used only to break the tie, and shall not be used to
place either contestant in a position other than those tied for.

Link in OP has been updated:

So, I don't know how axware does ties (not well from the looks of it) but I went in and re-accepted John's run and it put him ahead of Jeff which looks correct sense John's second fastest run was 38.464 while Jeff's was 38.490.

Changes:
Davis, Jared: AS -> SS
Zaleski, Richard: SS -> SSM

**If anyone has info on Ben Dunbar (#420, mazdaspeed miata), Michael Smith (#77, 91 maita), or David
Banks (01 miata) please post it below.  They are all classed in BS and they shouldn't be. Pictures of their cars would be great.
