A Fine Day for A Rally

and it was a very fine rally yesterday.

Not just because the weather was great;
Not just because the competition was friendly;
Not just because the NRIs were extremely well prepared;
Not just because the Monte Carlo is one of the easier formats;

but largely because Chuck and Betsy prepared a first class event. Together, they have brought the VMSC program back, and brought it to maturity.

Betsy says to watch for a similar event in March 2008.

Kudos to Nick and Mike in their first ever rally! They did very well their first time out, and did NOT fall for the timing trap "madness".

And thanks especially to Charlie Passut for inviting me to navigate for him. We put our team together only 2 days before the rally. And won. Yeeaaahawwww
