Properly classing my car

I think I know the answer already but I'll put it out there just to be sure.
The car is a 2006 S2000 with the following mods:
-17x9 rpf1s with 255 Hankook RS3
-KW Clubsport coilovers
-Eibach front sway bar
-Rolled fenders (They are slightly flared with I believe is illegal for STR)
-OEM hard top with soft top removed
-Rear diff collars (They turn the factory diff mounts/bushings into more of a solid mount)
I think some of those mods will put me into SM but is there a more open modification class for guys just running street tires? I'm not at the point of wanting to move to r-comps

I would say BSP. There's a street tire pax class that you could run if you didn't want to do R-Comps. The removal of the soft top throws you out of STR on a National level and maybe the diff.
Not sure, but with the whole re-org happening I'd just wait til season starts again before getting new magnet letters.

the Hankook RS3's are not considered "street tires" as i found out at the last event of the year.

Yes the Hankook RS3 are considered Street Tires. Just look at the results of this year's SCCA Solo National Championships for all the Street Touring classes. Not sure who told you they weren't or why.
