I can't believe it, my battery died right before my run where I smashed the cone!  All I got was about 5 seconds after I turned the camera on in grid and then it shut itself off.  Too bad.  Anyways, I did get a bunch of Jeff's runs and most of mine.

Here is my fastest clean run.
Here is one of Jeff.  Marc makes a cameo appearance in the beginning.

Watching all the videos is fascinating.  Makes me really want one more crack at the course (maybe 5 or 6), I can see a few things I'd definitely change.

Here's my last run - not my fastest, but I hit a cone on that one.  Tongue

Hey Engelbert, how do you say cone in German?  Smiley

Hey guys this was my first time using the GoPro.  What are you guys using to edit and convert your videos?  I noticed that they record in MP4, how do I convert them to whatever it is I need to post them up?

Thanks,
Hai

I think most people use "Windows Live Movie maker" on Vista and XP I believe its called "Movie maker" Just press your windows button on the keyboard right beside Alt and Ctrl or click on the start tab and type it in search . If you don't have it, you can download it free from Microsoft. Drag and drop your video's from the GoPro and play with the fancy features. I save all my video's for High definition display and upload those to YouTube

I use iMovie HD on the Mac also for video I care to process... if I just want to burn@ 1080i to YouTube, I use Quicktime.

Marc,

Do you have to have Quicktime Pro to do that, or just regular Quicktime?

So it was the wind that knocked over the cone on my best run. I knew it!
