Inexpensive Paint and Body Work

I'm looking for someone to do a cheap respray on the Altima. Since the car itself was only $500, I'd like to keep the cost as low as possible. Has anyone had any luck with MAACO or similar? Where's Earl Shieb when you need him?

Buy some beer and paint and have a party. I'll bring a roller.

I had Maaco (in Massachusetts) spray the driver's side fender and front door of my Crown Vic after I hit a tree. I did all the prep work and the paint came out fine. I hear the quality is hit or miss and you definitely need to prep the car yourself.

I painted my Escort with spray cans, came out OK. You need about 10 large cans. What color is the car?
I also painted a 78 Pontiac with a gallon osha red and the paint roller, nobody believed me.
Cheers

I work at a paint supplier. If you want the most economical job without doing it yourself I would recomend maaco when they have their special.Your going to want to prep the car. If you want to do it yourself lemme kno.....
