I know this is psuedo car related but I am going to throw it out there anyway.  I am selling a 1600 sq foot house in Highland Springs.  It is a 2/3 bedroom Cape with one and a half bathrooms.  It has two bedrooms downstairs and a finished upstairs that can be used as a third bedroom.  It has a nice size kitchen, plenty of room to put a table in and a laundry/mud room.  It is situated on a 1/2 acre that is completely fenced in and perfect for dogs.  It has a back deck looking over the back yard and a side porch that is screened in and comes with ceiling fans.  Now to the car related stuff.  The house has a 3-Car detached garage that is nestled in back of the house.  The drive leading up to the garage is fenced in and plenty of room to get your trailer back there.  The garage floors have been painted and you could not ask for any more light.  Shelving runs around the back of the garage and there are plenty of built in work benches.  One of the bays is separated from the other two with a non load bearing wall that has peg board running to the ceiling and a work bench running the length of the entire wall.  There are plenty of outlets already and it is fitted with plumbing to run compressed air to all the bays.  There is a another detached garage, that is not fenced in, on the main drive.  It is really too small to store a vehicle but could store other toys and stuff in it.  I bought the house within 15 minutes of seeing it, not many places in Richmond that has the type of garage space, fenced yard and nice house.  The house is being sold at 133,000 which is 21,000 below the assessed value and located on a well established quiet street.  As an added bonus there is machine shop at the very end of the road, three blocks away, Citizen's Machine Shop and ask for Carlos (amazing work).  If you are interested shoot me an email at drbmw2002@aol.com.  Thanks.  I really would like to see this go to a racer.
