I know this is psuedo car related but I am going to throw it out there anyway. I am selling a 1600 sq foot house in Highland Springs. It is a 2/3 bedroom Cape with one and a half bathrooms. It has two bedrooms downstairs and a finished upstairs that can be used as a third bedroom. It has a nice size kitchen, plenty of room to put a table in and a laundry/mud room.
