Hi, all.  Mark your calendars to come out and join us for our annual awards banquet at Maggiano's (details below).  This is a great time to see everyone who is part of the club outside of the autocross/rally setting.  It is also a dirt cheap price for some great all-you-can-eat Italian food.

Date:      Saturday, February 7th, 2009
Location: Maggiano's in Short Pump Town Center
Cost:      $20 per person

Schedule
Noon: Appetizers and cash bar
1PM:  Lunch
2PM:  Awards ceremony

Please submit your payment via PayPal to VMSCautox@gmail.com or mail a check no later than Friday, January 23rd to Dana at his new address:

No, it is not too late.  I don't think Dana needs to give an accurate headcount until the week before the banquet.

Dana doesn't do email and he isn't getting the info directly from PayPal. It goes to Dennis, our Treasurer. Given the need for Dana to have final numbers soon, I think a telephone call to Dana would be smart. I will send you an email with what I think is his phone number.

Is it too late to make arrangements to attend? I wasn't sure I could make it, but it looks like I can, although I'm not sure Carol will be there. I know it's late, and I understand if it isn't possible.
